What we're bringing
A cross-section of the autumn/winter range: outerwear, knitwear, headwear and everyday layers. We're bringing what we have rather than the whole catalogue, so sizes and colours on the day will be whatever has made it into the van. First come, first served.
Worth coming for
Fit is the reason to show up. Our pieces are cut relaxed on purpose, and a relaxed cut is a hard thing to judge from a product shot. Ten minutes with the real thing on your shoulders tells you more than any size guide, and we'd rather you left with something that fits than something that nearly does.
The rest of it is just good to do. We get to meet the people wearing the kit, and you get to tell us what you'd actually like us to make next.
Getting there
England's Lane sits between Belsize Park and Chalk Farm, both on the Northern line, and both a short walk away. Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are close enough to fold the pop-up into a Saturday run or a walk, which is more or less how we'd do it. We're open from 8am, so an early lap of the Heath and a look at the rail on the way home works nicely.
Why England's Lane
OCL was built for the outdoor life that happens between buildings. The early run before work, the cold commute, the walk home after training. Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and the Heath are exactly that kind of ground, so it felt like the right place to set up.
