Shipping Policy

We're a small, independent start-up, which means we’re hands-on with every order. We personally check every item before it leaves our studio, so dispatch may take slightly longer than you’re used to – typically 24–48 hours. If you ever have questions or need help with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

UK Shipping

We offer free UK-wide shipping via InPost and Yodel delivery networks.

  • Mainland UK: 1–2 business days from dispatch
  • Scottish Highlands, Offshore & Northern Ireland: 2 business days from dispatch

International Shipping

We ship internationally using GlobalPost to over 200 countries. Shipping is free, but in some cases, surcharges may apply. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you directly before dispatch to confirm any additional payment.

We offer a range of international services with different delivery speeds and tracking levels:

GlobalPost Economy International

  • Transit time: 10–14 business days
  • Tracking: Door-to-country
  • Weight limit: Up to 4.4 lbs
  • Coverage: No free coverage
  • Duties & Taxes: Paid by the buyer
  • Countries served: 220+

GlobalPost Standard International

  • Transit time: 6–10 business days
  • Tracking: Door-to-door
  • Weight limit: Up to 70 lbs
  • Coverage: Up to $100 for loss or damage
  • Duties & Taxes: Paid by the buyer
  • Countries served: 220+

GlobalPost Plus (limited availability)

  • Transit time: 5–8 business days
  • Tracking: Door-to-door
  • Weight limit: Up to 66 lbs
  • Coverage: Up to $200 for loss or damage
  • Duties & Taxes: Paid by the seller
  • Countries served: 30+
