Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your OCL gear, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

What we accept

  • Unworn and unused items
  • In original packaging, with tags
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

How to start a return

Email us at info@outdoorcityliving.com. We'll guide you through the process and send you return instructions.

Please note: We’re a small, independent brand, so we’re not able to offer free returns at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to accept it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every item is quality checked by hand. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us straight away and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU customers

If your order is shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Same return conditions apply — items must be unused, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take a little longer.
